HATHA Yoga-A good place to start
This class is aimed at adults, who have had little or no experience with yoga, who wish to improve their flexibility, build some strength and overall well being. The posture are more stagnant enabling you to take time to connect to breath and body. These classes have a restorative feel and are more about Undoing
Hatha & Flow-wanting a little more
This class is designed to be a little more challenging for adults that have participated in yoga at least once and feel a little more confident, in their ability to participate in the class and in themselves.
The class have a tendency for vinyasa flow, while also offering quiet moments of reflection. A beautiful balance of challenge and release.

Yin & Slow-Perfect for beginners
Yin yoga is a supportive practice which lends itself to healing deeply within the body & body.
The long holds of 3 minutes or so are designed to work into a deep release of the muscles to create space into the joint it is targeting. This practice can be quite profound in it's stillness. Perfect for all abilities, especially those who need to move slowly to heal their body or their deeper Self. The slow aspect is moving the body mindfully.

Qigong-gentle,Suitable for anyone
A blend of classical and modern qigong is offered. Qigong is an ancient chinese practice of specific excerises and healing technique that involves gentle flowing movement, breath and meditation. Mostly it is practiced standing. It is not unlike tai chi. Qigong has many health benefit and is designed to assist Qi (energy) awareness and development leading to vitality and longevity.
It is a peaceful practice which has been known to bring, freedom of movement, a lightness of spirit and a joyful heart.

Qigong/Yoga blend
As it suggests this class blends Qigong practice & slow paced yoga. The first half of class is dedicated to Qigong, the last half to achievable yoga designed to compliment the qigong practice, ending with meditation to have you leaving with a peaceful mind and an open body.
