Typically the activity of the warmer months begins to wind down as a natural completion of a cycle, drawing into the cooler months, a time of rest and restoration. This is a reminder to us of the impertinence of things, as all things come to an end. Traditional Chinese Medicine theory says Autumn is related to the Metal element and the organs Lungs/Large Intestine.
Both of these organs reflect this as they receive what they need and let go of excess, allowing for the come and going of their needs as it arises in each moment. This 4 hour Immersion is a morning from 9am-1pm focused on gentle Yoga & Qigong related to the Metal Element, a labyrinth walk and Meditation. You are invited to take this time for yourself to release stress you might be holding on to, so you can move towards the winter as a stage of nurturing and restoring harmony within. Morning tea is provided and a pleasant country environment of Jen's garden.
