Yoga has always been the main focus at Inabalance Yoga and now we offer qigong classes along with local immersions and weekend retreats. At Inabalance Yoga our mission is empower people to develop skills to cope with everyday stress in their lives through the practices of yoga, qigong and other mindfulness practices. Yoga and Qigong practises are positive practices which quickly ground and centre the practioner. A presence of mind is developed through the practice of breath connection bringing one into the present moment encouraging one to listen to the innate wisdom within the body Our classes promote balanced health, vitality, and well being by building harmony between breath, body and mind. The focus is on enjoyment of embodiment, self acceptance and exploration while attempting to unveil the untapped potential within. The practices aid muscular strength, mobility and flexibility. They can improve circulation and digestion which allows you to wake up your energy level, and as the practices work actively with the breath this calms nervous system, and a sense of bliss may be achieved. |
